Bhalka Tirth Is Located At Prabhas Patan In Saurashtra Near Veraval On The Western Coast Of Gujarat, India. It Is Situate At Almost 4 Kms Away From Somnath Temple. Bhalka Tirth Is The Place Where Lord Krishna Was Hit By An Arrow. The Arrow Was Shot By A Hunter Named “Jara”. After This It Has Been Said That Than He Left The Earth For Te Heavenly Accomodation. Lord Shri Krishna Than Walked At Small Distance At The Holy Banks Of The River Hiran From Where Lord Krishna Took His Last Journey To Neejdham

 

As Per Ramayana, Rama Which Is The Earlier Avatar Of Lord Krishna. It Has Been Assumed That A Was Given To Monkey King Named “Vali”. Whom He Killed While Hiding Behind The Trees Indirectly. The Above Act By The Hunter Was Consider As The Boon. It Is A Belief That Krishna Left Footprints There. Bhalka Is A Very Well Connect To Railway Lines. Bus Facilities Could Be Available From Ahmedabad, Dwarka, Rajkot And Vadodara Etc.

 

Lord Shree Krishna Was Shot Under A Banyan Tree, While He Was Resting. The Idol Now Is Kept Under The Tree And Thew Templ Eis Built Around The Tree. That Banyan Tree Still Exists. It Is Very Peacefull Place And The Atmosphere Is Very Serene Here. Bhalka Tirth Is A Well Maintain, Clean And Tidy Place. The Bhalka Tirth Temple Is Under Construction.
