It is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originate in India. United nations General Assembly has indicate the International day of Yoga on 21st June by resolution 69/131.
The aim of the international day of Yoga is to spread awareness all over world for many benefits. Yoga is a spiritual practice which serves benefits to many people doing Yoga in their routine life without a break. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has address 21st June as Yoga Day. it is the longest day in the Northen Hemisphere and shares many special significance in many parts of the world.

Everyone should work towards adopting an International Day Of Yoga.
