EME stands for Electrical and Mechanical corporation in honour of the people who build the temple. It seems to be the strange name for a temple. This temple also known as the Dakshinamurthy temple. it primarily houses a massive idol of Lord Shiva, along with a miniature Lord Ganesha. There is also an silver arch with the holy words “ Om Namah Shivay” imprint on it.
