SALT MOUNT :-
It is situate in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Salt Mount is also call by Dandi Kutir. This museum is build on the life and techniques of one man, Mahatma Gandhi. It is the largest museum. To give their common right to salt itself a symbol to inspire a pluralistic society to March towards independence. It shows Gandhiji’s powerful idea of people across lines of class, gender, age and community.
ABOUT SALT MOUNT :-
With the help of audio and visual, a glimpse of Gandhi’s early life is beautifully represent. From his birth till end everything has shown. It also traces his marriage with Kasturba and ihs experience with youth. From January 2015, Dandi Kutir Museum is put open for general public. By Archaelogy and Museum office under the sports, youth and cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat.
This museum is specifically base upon the Mahatma Gandhi, the initiar of Disobedience and non violent campaign for independence of India. By using sophiscate technology in the world, this is only the museum depiciting Biography of Father of Nation.
It will take around 1:30 hours to see whole museum. The museum is open for Tuesday to Sunday. Timings are 10:30 to 5:00 pm. Monday is off to visit at Museum. Cost for museum’s entry is rupees 20 for Indian Nationals and rupees 200 for Foreign Tourists.
