Swaminarayan Temple Gadhada :- Shri Swaminarayan Temple is also familier with the name Gopinathji mandir is a Hindu temple in Gadhada. By Swaminarayn himself this temple was build. This temple is one of six temples which was make under the supervision of Swaminarayan.


By the court of Dada Khachar in Gadhada, the land for construction was donate. Dada Khachar and his family were the devotees of Lord Swaminarayan. In the courtyard of his own residence, the temple was make.

Furthermore, On a high plinth the temple is place which is a spacious square.  It has an assembly hall with large dharamshalas and kitchens for pilgrims. Likewise, On 9th October, 1828, Swaminarayan had install the idols in the temple.

While, In the middle shrine, Gopinath and Harikrishna situate. On the western shrine Dharma and Bhakti and Vasudeva situate. And on the Eastern shrine Revti – Baldevji, Shri Krishna and Suryanarayan are situate.

Similarly, There is a big Neem Tree and the chamber of Lord Vasudevanarayan, on the sourthen side of the temple. Most importantly, Shree Swaminarayan Bhagwan and his saints use to take a bath in the river Ghelo.
