Ambaji is a census town in Banaskantha district in the State of Gujarat, India. For it is historical and mythological connections with the sites of cultural heritage it is known. In India, Ambaji is one of the 51 ancient Shakti Peetha Tirth. Ma Bhagwati Mahakali Maha Shakti at Ujjain is the significant place to worship. There is no specific idol or a picture but a simple cave like Gokh in the inner wall.  Ambaji enjoys all types of weather. Winter is the best season to visit at the Ambaji where the temperature remains between 6  to 36 degree.  whereas in summer, it is so hot and humid and the temperature ranges to 26-46 degree Celcius. In monsoon season, the average rainfall is about 15 to 30 inches per season.

The temple is open from 7:00 am to 11:30 am & 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm. Ambaji is a town within the Taluka district Banaskantha, North Gujarat, India. With the surrounding of Aravali Hills Ambaji is situate.
